The results of the assessments informs focus areas for implementation and planning as well as insights for key strategic initiatives.

Engagement typically flow in this order once contract and deposit are in place:
Data collection, which may includes surveys, observations, and interviews as well as access to relevant documentation.
Facilitated strategic briefing discussions with curated visuals to illuminate insights that hone in on data to support planning and implementation (usually 3-6 meetings depending on topics covered).
Typical products: Brief(s)s and/or artifacts that succinctly summarize key findings and recommendations, key data analysis/results summaries.
Available for up to three video/phone calls over a period of three months after last strategic briefing discussion, as well as answering brief questions over email, to support implementation.
Engagement Delivery
Discovery meeting to determine fit and scope project, review company or organization strategic objectives.
Terms and contracting.
Virtual engagements occur through facilitated video calls using online collaborative workspaces, curated visuals, and targeted data collection tools (e.g., online surveys or video interviews).
Onsite meetings, as needed.
Timeframe: Usually 6-24 months, depending on project scope, goals, and availability
